How is this news? According to the article, the City Council renamed the reservoir nine years ago, and the signs were put up 18 months ago, so what is this story about? Apparently Christopher Ward, commissioner of the city Department of Environmental Protection, has a good PR agent, or someone at the AP owes him a favor.
