Yeah. Dubai needs a national ice hockey team. Tim Horton's coffee at least tastes better than Doutor Coffee's.

Tim Horton's shouldn't even be considered food.

The coffee tastes like crude oil and the donuts look like they came straight from the injection mold plant.

Yes, yes. Canadian nationalism, GO TIMMYS! Your Canadian coffee is terrible and your opinion doesn't change that fact.

By "the Arab one", do you happen to mean the Persian Gulf?

Nah, it has to be a Mocha Iced Cap Supreme. Sure it's almost $5, but in the summer it is absolutely divine.

No one goes there for the donuts. Especially since they switched from baked in store to mass produced in Ontario and shipped out. They're terrible.

But people seem to like the coffee.

Both have coffee that always taste like it's the second pot with the same grind, but does DD have a double maple cream donut? OMG !

And Hebalo....
Living in Ontario, in this one case, I laugh in your general direction....

I don't drink coffee, and the food has gotten consistently crappier since they started mass producing it. Not to mention half the size it used to be, and nearly double the price it was 10 years ago...

There is no apostrophe in Tim Hortons (blame the French).

That said, if you were referring to Tim Horton the NHL player it could make sense* in the context "Tim Horton is coming to the gulf."

* - ..but it can't. He's dead.

I was offered a box of Horton donuts last week by a Canadian office mate.
Taste like Dunkin.

Their food is terrible, but their coffee-like substance certainly wakes me up when I go for an early morning fishing trip. It's also 2.5x cheaper than Starbucks or Second Cup.

Depends on who you ask (new window).

And speaking as a Canadian living in in the Gulf region, I wholeheartedly support a Tim Hortons toe hold in the region.
