I'm usually pretty big on nailing sexual assault and rapists to the wall in terms of sentence, but 90 days served on weekends is going to be about a year, and if he farks up at all during it he's going to go away for a much, much longer time. It's like a really shiatty (for him) probation in a way, and since he didn't hurt her, and I assume no prior history since they would have definitely said so in the article...I can live with it. If he flies right and keeps clean for a year, I'm okay with him getting a second chance at life, admittedly with a criminal record.
