Quintessential_Cynic: Dallas hate can be strong with some people. Texas hate in general, I've found--especially if those Bastrop fire threads are any indication. I think we Houston fans just sort of get a pass because we as a sports entity are the equivalent of a beaten spouse.

/This year will be different!
//Down deep, the Texans really love us, honest they do...

Actually, I was talking about Dallas fans. They have a reputation for being boastful and overly-optimistic, but I'm here to tell you guys.... they are horrifically pessimistic. They talk more shiat about their own team than some of you. I don't get it. Go out and get a new team if that's how you feel. GEEZ!

I live on the WI-IL border. I laugh at how much Chicago fans seem to hate their team, year after year after year.

Pizilla: TheManofPA: This thread is neck and neck with with last years for posts. I wonder if the Raw thread tomorrow night can take it down? If the Rock returns and Mae Young has a live wardrobe malfunction while making out with Kelly Kelly, I could see it happening.

It's not a competition to Wrasslin' Farkers, the NFL three is powered by wrasslin' fans anyways. Robsul82, Jim from St Paul, Ginny, and anyone I forgot.

/seeya in the Raw and Monday night foolsball threads biatches. Double header VS a 2 hour Raw. 1 1/2 hours without commercials

Between both threads tomorrow, I may have 200-250 posts pending how good the games/Raw are. Should be a heck of a fun farking night.

Ah.

...

May I suggest rum? Perhaps more? Mayhaps less? Abstain as a city limits altogether like those nice billboards along I-45 would suggest y'all do?

The 'more' option wonders down here!

Usually I'm at the bar to watch the games. Helps soften the blow of the loss, but it also makes me run my mouth (can you believe it?).

The billboard thing reminded me of something that I'll share even though it is apropos of basically nothing. Between Dallas & OKC, there is one of those double billboards. Top billboard is for a meth addiction hotline & the bottom one is for a liquor store, but from far away, it just looks like...

METH?
LIQUOR!

One of these days, I'm gonna get a picture.

..with (currently) a total score of 9

/BAH, of COURSE as I type this, the Cubs score two more runs.. way to ruin it

Forget getting rid of Tony (cause it ain't happening)... wtf is up with that secondary? Sanchez chewed them up all night long, and it's only sheer luck we didn't get our asses kicked because of it.

>:(

//Not happy.

A great visual representation of a quarterback only throwing for 39 yards in a game.

Holy shiat, that's right at the beginning of the game too, so the tailgating must have been hardcore.

Scandrick went out early and Jenkins was only in for a couple series. Newman didn't even go. So they basically started at 4 on the depth chart.

If they were playing somebody who could really spin the ball, that game would have gotten ugly quick.

Assuming I know which song you're talking about, and I doubt anyone's still reading this thread, but maybe you get e-mail notifications about thread replies...

That's "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO (new window).

Lt. Cheese Weasel: Rejoice America, that this is not a Ravens Squeelers blowout.......Adolf? Where are you? WHAR?

I responded well upthread. I had a lot to do today both before and after the game, so I didn't exactly have time to sit down and bullshiat on Fark all day.

And yet, I note that you were talking smack even before your beloved Tony Romo choked the game away. Still feel like talking? The Steelers aren't that bad and the Ravens aren't that good, but you can always depend on the Cowboys to choke it away in the clutch when their destiny is put into the unsure hands of Tony Romo.

WHAR R U? WHAR?

Durr.

St. Louis over Philly
Carolina over Arizona
Chicago over Atlanta.

I noticed you didn't pick your Steelers to upset the Ravens. Nice call.

muck4doo: cameroncrazy1984: Ah, the first Sunday thread of the year. It's good to be back.

Is it wrong that I'm trying to avoid all the 9/11 stuff today?

In my house we do the 9/11 eve thing, so we took care of that at midnight.

Go to a strip club and leave the next day open for air travel?
