"We've been together so long. We're very in love," she said."

WTF? Russian women are crazy.

I don't know who this person is, so I'll assume she's a real housewife of some place or the other.

NO ONE CARES IF YOU GET MARRIED BIATCH!

2011-08-25 02:40:45 PM
Needless worry. They'll have a long life of chain smoking, drinking gallons of vodka and screaming at each other at 4 am in their shoebox apartment for years to come.

She's got a wicked overbite.

She also has a kind of Karen Carpenter thing going on.

And in five years he'll be wishing that the earthquake did prevent the marriage.

The earthquake turned her into a runaway bride -- and nearly destroyed her dream day.

That's a metric 18. In Real American years she's 37

It's not news, it's the New York Post!

2011-08-25 02:50:25 PM
Yeah, that earthquake was a 5.8 and that biatch is about a 3.

But she is 18 so there's that I suppose.

"Then I saw him with flowers in a suit," said his bride.

That's weird. I usually put flowers in a vase.

"We've been together so long. We're very in love," she said.

She's 18! She lived in Ukraine and came over to study biology (I'm betting he taught her a bit about it) in college. How long could she have possibly been together? A few months?

I read that as "huge clam titties"

brother and sister separated at birth?

Is it usual to wear black shoes with a white wedding dress?

2011-08-25 02:52:35 PM
I used to live in Bellerose, Queens in NY. In the early morning hours (aprox. 3:30 am). My husband and I were awakened by an earthquake. This was the day of my sisters wedding. We all told her it was a bad omen, but she went on with the wedding anyway. 20 years later she is still married. WE WARNED HER!

2011-08-25 02:53:05 PM
It would have destroyed her dream day? OMG - coont.

My wife and I hopped a plane, went to Vegas, got married, got bombed, boinked like bunnies, came home two days later. If you asked her today, she wouldn't even know what dress she wore. 13 years later, happy as ever. Wouldn't want to deal with that high maintenance crap for anyone. My buddy got married about 5 years ago. His wife wanted an unrealistic perfect day. She freaked over the littlest of everything (including me not shaving my beard off - fark her). They didn't last 2 years. High maintenance stays high maintenance. It doesn't get better, only worse.

2011-08-25 02:54:26 PM
When I hear about a bride's "dream day" nearly being destroyed, I think that she must have done a lot of planning to make it at least a memorable day. It doesn't have to be a bunch of money thrown at princess shiat and flashy flowers and all of that, but I hear "dream day" and think that there was a little more effort put into it than grabbing a witness and heading down to the Clerk's office to meet your fiance who's arriving by subway. I mean, you can't just come back tomorrow?

Zukipilot: brother and sister separated at birth?

I think you are onto something there. When (not if) they have children, they'll be chins or teeth.

This poor kid has no idea how miserable his 18 months of marriage is going to be.

If only there were some type of news story or "article" with the information you're seeking. Oh...

The bride first met her husband during a 2009 visit to the United States and returned here for college to be near him.

Getting married at 18 and 19 years old. I am sure this will last.

We eloped 29 years ago. Been through sickness and health(I miss the health part). Been living the poorer (I want the richer, but so far no luck. Keep losing the lottery). Strangely, we are happier that we have ever been. I don't get, but we are. Go figure.
