My grandmother insisted she wanted computer around that age. She got one, but I don't think she ever did anything more than look at it. She still doesn't really understand email and how we can send pictures and stuff.
I also watched a friend try to teach his grandmother to use a computer. She couldn't understand how to double-click - she would click once...and then twice.

What'll really chap your ass is grandma believing age has everything to do with the ability to fix her computer. I have 15 year of IT employment under my belt, grandma wont let me near it. My 50 year old uncle, a construction worker, gets the call instead. Nothing ever gets fixed, she keeps calling him, I give up.
