Still, that's on the high end of what they're generally considered to be able to carry, plus you have to assume the SEAL team isn't exactly packing light for a raid.

From yahoo, 47+5 crew. From a few others generalize: 33-40 plus 2-5 crew.

What the fark. That is horrible. Not only were these extremely dedicated soldiers, but the sheer amount of training and resources that went into carving them out is gone in a flash. They must have represented quite a few Millions of dollars spent.
I really hope their families get some sort of compensation, though nothing is worth the cost of losing a loved one -_-

With the bird going down in Osama's compound, along with this one... Special Forces really should stay the fark away from those hexed helio death traps for the time being.
