I just got a call from my landlord, there is some dude that is giving away most of his stuff in his apartment as he has to go back to the east - so I was offrered to come up to his place to see if there is anything I can use - SCORE ON THE FREE STUFF!
I'm dressed extra cute so we'll see what I can drag back down to my lair...I mean....apartment >;D

I have a cool nude lady lamp I bought in a thrift store long ago, If it didn't weigh a ton I'd send it to you.

While I'm sure she'd appreciate that, I wonder if anyone has one of these around their house.

Taking advantage of Lucky Pg 13 for a break from the catnip bags. It also just began raining like a sonuvagun here.
Plumbicon was involved in this last Caturday, from Sun eve thru Tue eve. The Northern Hills Youth Athletic Assn ran this, he was asked to provide sound by a friend/former co-worker from the public TV station he retired from. There was this, a Deck Pass hanging tag & a bright-chartreuse T shirt. Critical Reviews rated the sound at this yr's event "the best ever". Of course!!!
Can also say, for perversity's sake, that the first of the alphabet soup to transcribe to get this pic to upload was "cats", upside down.

This pic is for valnt9, for fetching the wee refugee to where she can get a fur-ever home shortly, with any luck at all.

The caturday family was talking about maybe doing "something with my cat poems", add artwork/pics, then let you or an agent sell it...I would give you permission, for a limited run...

Next week, I promise cat pics. I have some nice ones of my Mom's cat. Her name is Tabitha, and she is definitely a Throwback to the British short hair Tabby..and since her companion died in December, she has really come out of her shell and found her voice.

Now..can I haz brag/ thread jack? Good.

My son recieved his results of his APUS History exam. He scored a 5, the top score. And his Ohio Grad Test, he recieved Advanced scores in all subjects. Woot! Smart Hooman.

One or more pedigreed cat shows in your area each month... any chance you can set up a booth with literature...a donations jar? Can we all make/donate cat toys to you to be sold by you at these shows? Pedigree cats owners and the cat fancy are very proactive in animal rescue. Often they donate a booth space or even have a organization as their designated recipient for part of the show profits.

I got the call from Florida!! The horses are going to be on a transport van on Aug 3, I have found a source of good hay, the buckets are washed and hung on safety hooks, I put the water trough up on a platform of cinder blocks. I am ready, The farm is going to be complete very soon. I will call the vet on Monday to get the last of the kitties in for "repair". I have decided to do the three boys and Forrest all at once, they can have a week in the house to recover and then back to the chicken house. Forrest can stay in longer if she wants but Miss Cassie hated being in the house after her spay. I think it was because she knew Uncle Mikey was babysitting her kittens and she didn't trust him. When I got back from dropping Cassie at the vet all the kittens were gone! Uncle Mikey had taken the little ones OFF THE PORCH! Cassie was very careful with her little ones and never let them wander far from the porch. Of course Mikey had them all over the place for adventure time, but come dinner time he had them all back safe and sound. He really did a good job of caring for them while Cassie was recovering but as soon as she was up and around she wanted out to see her babies.

and for the glass cleaner, just use a bit of vinegar water, it cleans just as well as the store bought stuff and leaves no streaks. I had to mix it up and add a bit of blue dye and them pour it in an empty Windex bottle so my daughter would use it. She was a very store bought kind of kid. Ammonia water works too but, ugh, the smell.

Alien, we've had more experience with rackety-coons than we've wanted. Family of 'em lived in the chimney of my late parents' house because my mom disliked the looks of a chimney cap. Took us months to roust them!
