One of my favorite movies and he has always been one of my favorite actors. I love Columbo. Best detective show ever (imo) I've been watching the episodes on netflix since friday and just yesterday looked him up on wikipedia to see if he was still alive.

spooky. Maybe somehow you put him over the edge?

I know! it definitely is spooky. 83 years isnt a bad age for a guy to die. Who wants to be 90 anyway?

Loved his work on Columbo and in movies like Robin and the Seven Hoods, The In-Laws, and Murder by Death

Very good, solid actor who deserve every award he got and he got plenty as Columbo (four Emmys).

Rest in peace, Mr. Falk. You were enjoyed.

Just visited my sister last month and decided to watch some Columbo movies. We decided to play the Columbo drinking game. There was several items to watch for, but basically, we could only keep up with "whenever Columbo puts his hand to his forehead, take a drink".

Drunk before movie was half over.

A remarkable life.

I didn't know he lost his eye at age 3 to cancer. I just thought he was cross-eyed.

To all the studio execs who passed him over early in his career because of it, fark you, your loss.

Goodnight fumbling, intelligent man. The Alzheimer's is a sad final chapter for your life, I hope it wasn't too gruesome.

Well, there goes a good portion of Kevin Pollak's stand-up act. He'd better hope Alan Arkin and Christopher Walken are taking great care of themselves.
