Haha no, it's because they think they will live forever. That and increased testosterone in young males drives them to take more risks. Young females usually just get bored driving and decide to put on makeup/text/masturbate/talk to Susey in the back seat. Their abilities at multitasking give them a false sense of security and then they need to make that split second reaction.. they don't. The good news is they usually aren't speeding it driving long distances on the highway so it doesn't cost the insurance companies as much.
