My guess is these guys just wanted someone to clean up and give them a son. Things don't sound too enlightened out there in China. Sane or no, as long as she could scrub floors and lie on her back for 15 seconds a week, she'd be considered a "Good purchase."

Odds are good the guys who wanted refunds were the ones who got the sexual abuse victims who would try to claw the guy's eyes out the moment they tried to part the woman's legs.

Nah, the refunds were probably requested by the guys who got sterile women or who kept having daughters (Who would then be aborted or tossed in a river)

Sad thing is, that part of the world was once the height of technology and culture.
