I just put Frontline on the kittens. well two of them I could not catch Flower. I will try to get him when I feed tonight. The little creatures had all kinds fleas on them but they were not old enough for flea dope until today.

Just got in from feeding the furballs, tried to get a picture of six fuzzy butts as they all eat on top of the grain bin. My camera just did not work fast enough. I caught Flower, he was the last to come in and Forrest had to trill for him to come in so I would feed all the kitties. He is now fed and flea doped. I will get Mikey and Cassie in the morning and that will take care of all the cats. Here is the after dinner photo of Flower in the window.

The First Four Black Sabbath Albums: I really like this idea. I hope it becomes a periodically recurring

Sad news Fiona caught one of the big fox squirrels. I looked up from my work and saw she had something by the truck. I had just enough time to get a picture before she devoured it.

The 640x480 version is nearly 400KB, Fark prefers them smaller than approx. 320KB.

That doesn't look like a fox squirrel skeleton, I think it's probably from a mastadon.

She's quite the hunter that dog is! Mostly she hunts up a spot in the shade! The Mr. calls her a "biscuit eater" (sorry yobbery) I still haven't figured out why that is a bad thing.

tigerose: maynerdkitty You just need a better mounting block. At the stable where I ride they have a set of wood steps..really, like a staircase...and now that my legs are stronger, I don't have such a derpy mount...remember, it's not the gettin on, it's the staying on that is important.

There was no mounting block, and the western saddle had the stirrups too long, so when I got one leg hooked over the saddle I didn't have the Omph to make it into the seat. The horse hadn't been ridden in a year and I have not ridden in 25 years. We got along OK but I had to turn him down. Too bad to as he was very patient with me, I ride english and he neck reined. We got past the communication issues and he had lovely gates. He was all black, 15 hands, 18 years, and very gentle. It is too bad she never got him gelded. I just can't have a stallion as a companion horse to my thoroughbred, they won't let me adopt.I have to have another horse on the place so I am looking for one the Mr. can ride.

I sooooo totally agree. I hate the wince that I get from my private customers when I mention price. Apparently they think the sewing, knitting, crafting, etc. that I do outside of "work" (my paid-by-the-hour job) deserves less pay than what I do at the shop. I actually do my most creative work from home. On that note, back to dyeing and cutting out calico (and other) sock kitties!

I put this one in the Farktography contest. It received the most votes of my entries! My husband was expecting some NSFW captions of it. Any takers?
