So the conservatards are wrong again. Big amazement here. Next you'll be saying they don't actually want what's best for America by shutting down the government.

Well, the New Black Panthers are black, which is scary to them. And that much has not changed.

Nice, so we will get a combination of Conservatives not reading the article and attacking Obama, and Conservatives reading the article and suddenly becoming passionate defenders of the black panthers.

This will be fun!

"Wrong" implies ignorance. While there is no deficit of ignorance in the modern conservative movement, I think the bigger factor anymore is the fact that everybody on the right seems to have become a pathological liar.

And while the rightards are clearly being ridiculous, I think that this whole "derrr nothing happened" line is also ridiculous. Standing around outside a polling place with a visible weapon is clearly wrong. Nobody complained of intimidation, but it's still a stupid thing to be doing.

People were showing up at political events with rifles slung on their backs and were being hailed as hero patriots. This guy mills about with a stick, leaves when he is asked, and it's supposed to be a big deal? This is a non event. Nothing happened.

I don't think anybody would argue that it was stupid/wrong - but it doesn't appear that anybody found it to be intimidating, given that not one single person, including the GOP poll monitor, complained.

But beyond that, the level of derp coming from the Republicans on this issue has been astounding. You'd think that Obama himself gave these guys a ride to the polling station in a Secret Service motorcade.

The content isn't important; the fact that an Obama appointee actually intervened in the case at all makes this the new Teapot Dome Scandal. We now have evidence that the White House actually was involved with the Black Panthers case that was eventually dropped, any other context is obviously liberal lies from TPM on what that involvement was.

I mean, this was a guy with a nightstick who was running off all the white potential voters in that neighborhood in Philly. The fact that there were no reported cases of that doesn't mean it didn't happen!

Whatever happened to the bit about the cameraman being threatened for leaving his camera on and taping the nightstick dude speaking with police? You know, since the confrontation with the police was non-eventful so he had to stop his camera lest he undermine the argument that the guy was being hostle and intimidating voters?

Let's just be clear: dude was an idiot to bring a weapon to go watch the polls. However, anyone who sees a 3 second video clip of him wandering out front of the polling station and takes it as proof of Democrats using violent groups to steal elections needs to calm down.

I'm clearly not saying it's a big deal, I'm pointing out that there were was a numbnut wandering around with a stick trying to look tough because he's stupid. Just like the "hero patriots" wandering around with guns trying to act tough. They're stupid. Black Panther guy and Creamy White Wolverine guy are morons. They may be different degrees of moron, but they're still both morons, and neither one is really a "non-event". Just because it was a minor incident doesn't mean it wasn't an incident at all. The right-wing tards are trying to blow it up into something it isn't and you're trying to act like it's nothing and you're both wrong. You less than them, yes, but still wrong.

You can't sarcastically mock one of those groups and call the other guy a non-event when they both did the same sort of stupid thing.

That's some pretty awful spin. Here, let me try.

Stupid libs. If you read the quote, he says he'll accept anything but an outright dismissal. He's giving the nod to be as lenient as possible without violating the constitution or possibly calling attention to the case with a complete dismissal. This confirms that the Obama administration intervened to get these guys off easy!

See? Was that so hard?

Except it was legal for that guy to carry a gun to the event. There are specific anti-intimidation laws against what these two morons did. I didn't like that the case was dismissed outright, even though I agree that nothing happened. But had these 2 gone in front of a judge and let the courts decide nothing happened, this would have been shown as the non-issue it was. Instead, we're still talking about it 2 1/2 years later.

Easy for you to say. But if a black man was standing in front of a building YOU wanted to enter, you would think twice.

Sorry for scaring you with this image, but I feel the need for relaying the gravity of the situation calls for drastic measures. Next time I might post an image of a black man, if this doesn't get through.

TFerWannaBe: Obviously she was told to say that; this is clear evidence of a cover-up. Why won't the failstream media report the Truth?

You see, there are two kinds of truths: lower case t truths and capital T Truths. And these don't always agree with each other to the casual observer--because most casual observers have problems really understanding capital T Truths.

Capital T Truths are universal in nature, they underlie the fundament of the world, like gravity, God's creation of Earth, or dark skin being the mark of Cain. These are so integral to existence sometimes they are taken for granted and ignored because of their constancy.

Lower case t truths are inconstant things, ephemeral in nature, like the phlogiston outside our atmosphere. They come from perceptions "smart" people like to call "observations", but really, their own language choice betrays them as one cannot observe without perceiving. And it's a capital T Truth that you can't witness without being changed. That's why liberals aren't to be hated, just pitied--they go out seeking to observe little t truths and it changes them, it cripples their ability to understand the capital T Truths.

The capital T Truth is Obama used racially oriented modern day social terrorists to intimidate voters. Now, you can say the lower case t truth doesn't agree with that, but well, there's no 'evidence' (for your 'observations') one way or another, just an interpretation of a video snippet which really doesn't take any of the context of the situation into account.

I'm not saying Obama's a black supremacist. I'm just saying the capital T Truth of the matter is he's using a group who don't know their place in society to maintain political and economic power. He feeds on their rage and youthful passions (we were all young and rebellious once--I remember my hayday!) and he channels it against those he hates the most: we, the free people of the United States of America. Obama hates us because we have freedom. Obama hates us because we have rights. Obama hates us because we know the capital T Truth: Obama with his stolen crown, false gods and blackhearted tyranny is one of the dark times spoken of in the Revelation of John, and soon Jesus our Lord will return, and we shall ascend triumphant and the unrighteous shall be cast down.

Easy for you to say. But if a black man was standing in front of a building YOU wanted to enter, you would think twice.

No more or less than if two idiot white guys were standing around self-appointed vigilante guarding, also armed.

Get past the "skin color" aspect and move directly into the "idiots acting like idiots in a public place for no reason other than stir up trouble" and you pretty much can be done here, if you want to be.

but..but..but..obama !!!! and they're NEGROES!
