Oh for f*cks sake. Phish != The Grateful Dead

2011-03-31 09:34:24 AM
Funny, I didn't see any mention of Phish in the story. At least MY headline got the band right. *grumble*

I'm gonna guess this guy's blood sample will glow in the dark when tested.

Now he's a member of the dead.

i flippin hate phish, but this has nothing whatsoever to do with that 'tardfest of a band

FARK OFF, assmitter.

This was not a phish show in any way.

Methinks subby can't tell the difference between Beethoven and Kenny G.

I think the mods greenlit this one just so subby would be torn a new arsehole for his arseholishness.

Subby- Why do the mods hate you so much?

It doesn't matter, the fans are exactly the same people. Hopefully what this guy did will become a jam fan trend, those people love trends.

I will fully, 100% take credit for this one. Friend was at the concert and talking to me while typing. He said, "This would never happen at a Phish concert," and my fingers took it from there.

As soon as I hit submit, I said, "Oh crap...this is gonna come back and haunt me..."

I submitted this with a Grateful Dead mention and an upcoming meme.

Acid casualties from the Drug Wars. You see them alot up here in Vermont. Begging for spare change on Church Street in Burlington. Filthy, stinking, hippies.

I went to Pitt and I am very familiar with the Pete. When I heard about it the first thing I thought of was that he fell off of the balcony where there is a food court.

Just turned on the local news and I heard Grateful Dead cover band...mystery solved.

The news said he broke both arms, both legs, and his pelvis. Autopsy is pending. Guess they are gonna try to find out what he was on because cause of death is kinda obvious.

You know, if you're 19 and at a show that features anyone from the Dead or Phish...

Grateful Dead, Phish, Dave Mathews...all that horseshiat sounds the same. Easy to get them confused.

2011-03-31 10:10:37 AM
Weird. I havn't listened to phish for over a decade, but when I did, nobody in the room would have thought of putting the doritos down, getting off the couch, and jumping through a window. We might have stared at a fish tank or lava lamp for a few hours, but smashing a window? Man, that sounds like way to much effort.

The only thing he was seen doing was drinking a legal product, you shouldn't be doubling down on your failure, you should just leave the thread.

You should probably put down the bong and mind your own business.

I have been pretty drunk, never once have I had the urge to tackle a three story window.

Also he was seen running up and down deactivated escalators. Sounds a bit different than a few beers.

i dont know.. ive been pretty wasted and thought i could take on moving cars coming at me at speeds excessing 35 mph. I had college acquaintance get out of the passenger seat of a car going over 70 down a hwy. have seen people thinking they can jump 25-30 feet from a 2 story house into a pool and completely miss, and this is just to name a few things I have experienced in what I would consider a subtle lifestyle. even C2H5OH contributes to people thinking they can conquer the world with no consequences or lack of not just good judgement but any judgement.

once heard a story about a big-city lawyer who used to take tours of students around his high-rise office and liked to demonstrate that the windows were "unbreakable" by body-slamming them.

yes, he did die one day.
