Parents: If you don't want your kids to be camwhores, watch porn, or do any other racy stuff on the Internet, then PUT YOUR COMPUTER IN THE FAMILY ROOM where everyone can see what is being done on it.

If you let a teenager have a computer in their bedroom, or if you give them a laptop, they will be accessing porn on it, and they might be sending nude pictures and videos of themselves to their girlfriend/boyfriends. They may even use it to hook up with 35-year-old strangers.

This kid clearly had unsupervised access to the Internet which he used to no only view porn, but to research/stalk a woman, and commit fraud. At 14, he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the Internet unless it's at school with a teacher around, or at home with a parent in the room.
