Yeah, Dreyfuss looks pretty rough for 64. It's probably all that LDS he took.

I assume that Kiefer Sutherland was face-down in an alley somewhere after an all-week bender.

I *assume,* now.

He could very well have passed out in the comfort of his own home.

WIL WHEATON HAS A MORE DIFFICULT TIME DEALING WITH THE CREW FROM LEVERAGE THAN JACK BAUER

Is it any good?

I'd definitely say so, aye.

Others would agree, too. It has a 94% rating at Rotten Tomatoes and an 8.2 rating at the IMDB (where it's currently #175 on the IMDB's top 200 list).

Check it out!

You don't get out much, do you? Were your parents the kind of parents that didn't let you watch Married With Children as a child?

Make sure you also check out such seminal young male movies from the era like The Explorers, The Goonies, and The Sandlot(little later than the rest, but still great) since it sounds like you had no childhood yourself.

2011-03-18 06:05:42 PM
Whatever,..I still love that film,...it came out,..when I was the same age as them....and it was the equivalent of South Park to us.

Only that and Bad News Bears had that much cursing coming from kids around that era.

/WHAT THE HELL IS GOOFY?

John Cusack is also in this film, though only for a short time =D Definitely one of those defining movies of my childhood.

"Have gun, will travel..."

One of the better adaptations of a Stephen King story to hit the screen.
Wil was just a baby when that movie came out! Look at him now, all blogging and being famous!! :)

They were young enough to be my sons when the movie came out. They're still young enough to be my sons - dammit.

/Weird how Richard Dreyfus and Malcolm McDowell suddenly showed up looking old one day. Pacino and DeNiro look much better and they're all about the same age.

Craptastic: Everyone except for Rob Reiner in that photo looks uncomfortable and/or douchey.

Judging by the look on his face, I think Richard Dreyfuss is quietly contemplating his bravura performance in Piranha 3D.

I just had this sweet idea for a movie that has some guy invent a way to slide to an alternate Earth and end up 500 years in the future aboard some sort of spaceship that is at war with a vampire race...

/hey, it'd be better than some of the crap they're making nowadays...

WTF happened to Richard Dreyfus? He looks like he's about to drop dead!

2011-03-18 06:21:46 PM
A coworker saw this article earlier and asked where the fourth guy was. I nearly slapped him and told him he died about 20 years ago.

He replied, "I don't keep up with celebrity gossip."
