What if you tear open the bag of flour, set it in the front seat(or dump it in the front seats) turn the AC on full so it's blowing it around the car interior douse the empty ashtray in lighter fluid or gasoline push the lighter in so it heats up
the lighter gets hot enough to ignite the evaporating gas/lighter fluid, wich in turn lites up all the flower blowing around the car interior
think that would be sufficient?
of course i've no real experience detonating vehicles (or anything really), so don't take it on my advice that this would work (don't try it yourself either unless you REALLY REALLY WANT TO DIE)
