I am going to have to go with the schools story. It is highly unlikely when caring from someone that is having a medical problem that you would use their shirt to place it under their head. It is not easy to remove the shirt of a person who is not completely responsive and it is far easier to remove your shirt.

I think firing them was a bit extreme since this was the first time anyone observed them in the act. A disciplinary note in their record and a discussion would be better. This event took place after hours, but there was an event that kids would have been attending so they could have walked in on this encounter. I do consider myself very sexually open, but people do have a problem with children observing such an event.
