Any of the terrorists he was pallin' around with should be sufficient.

You guys need to understand things from the Republican point of view. If any Democratic party member isn't called a baby-killing, American hating, asshole who likely kills puppies and kittens in his or her spare time and the viewer isn't constantly reminded that the person is wrong about anything they say it is definite proof of a left-wing media bias.

The only thing Obama is a failure at is not fully unfarking what Bush farked up. But the alternative would have been a lot worse.

If you twist his words in a way he never intended, you can squeeze a few drops of a decent point out of them.

There wasn't much serious and intelligent analysis of Obama's policies. Of course, no Presidential candidate has gotten that since... I don't know, actually. But who is to blame for that?

No. He's a failure at getting rid of the Patriot Act, for one. I lost a lot of respect for him over that.

Scarborough must have been on a mission to the moon during that time.

The President does not have the power to "get rid" of a law, that is the responsibility of the Congress... if you want to blame somebody, blame the Blue Dogs and Senate Republicans for killing those votes.

We get it already. He's a failure because he's black.

By what criteria do these right wing fantasy writers judge the Obama presidency -- only half-way through its first term -- a "failure"? I have been surprised by how much he has accomplished in such a short amount of time, and I voted for him with high hopes.

No, no, no it was the media's fault that they only covered Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers not covering the "real" issues Republicans wanted them to cover.

Like when Newt spun the Clinton impeachments was created by the media after the Republicans got their asses handed to them because of it.

He's a failure because he hasn't been as inexperienced and bad as Republicans had "warned" us he would be.

How is that made up?

2011-02-09 01:50:56 PM
- Terrorist Fist Bump
- Arugala
- Dijon Mustard
- Birth Certificate
- Religion
- headline describing Michelle as "Obama's baby momma"
- "he's an arab"
- "Raised a muslim in a madrassa!"
- Socialist
- Secret Muslim
- Marxist
- Maoist
- Nazi
- Communist
- "Deep hatred of white people"

That's all that comes to my mind right now.

All FoxNews bullshiat press against Obama.

Good thing he never had any bad press.

boxster: Yes. The same network that employs Pat Buchanan.

In the GOP of the present he'd be considered a liberal.

So-called journalists, the people who consume the product produced by those journalists, and (ultimately) the voters.

They must have used up all their "only history can judge" on Dubya.

I remember back in the primaries when it was all but certain that Hillary was going to get the nomination. My Fox News programmed relatives were saying "We gotta get rid of all these Clintons and Bushs!" I announced my support for Obama and they said "yeah, he's a fresh young guy, you should support him, no more Clintons!"

Then, when Obama started giving speech after inspiring speech, it became more and more certain that Obama was going to win the nomination. With the defeat of Hillary and momentum he had built, Fox News switched from the "hate Hillary" to the "hate Obama" programming. Which my relatives, of course, strictly obeyed.

Which they still do to this day. And thus, the derp flows.

/cool story? you decide

In the present GOP, everyone to the left of Dick Cheney is a liberal. Just ask Christine O'Donnell.

Almost certainly not the dumbest thing Scarborough said this week.

How come not a single LAMESTREAM media journolist asked 0bama any questions during the election about the revolution in Egypt? He's waffling! Doesn't have any idea what he's doing! Didn't know then, doesn't know now.

If you believe the old adage "There is no such thing as bad press", then Joe is right. Obama didn't receive any bad press, because there is no such thing.

2011-02-09 02:20:16 PM
"And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them"

"when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody"

Out of all the bad press he DID get, I thought these were the two that had legs. And then along came Palin.

And we're all stars and horsies because all matter is essentially the same form of transient energy!!

I keed. I keed.

He got bad press - from Fox, usually made up - and I recall the big giant head (Olbermann) going against him a few times.

2011-02-09 02:24:54 PM
Before Obama ran for president, he never had the marketing and public relations arm of the GOP devoting billions of dollars per year to slandering him.

2011-02-09 02:26:24 PM
I heard he's Muslim.

Ya know what? I'm practically a commie pinko I'm so far left. But I thought the primary coverage of Obama was sycophantic, infantile, and insulting. Clinton was burned at the stake. McCain got a roasting for his VP pick and anger management issues. Obama? Walked on water as far as I could tell from MSM. The only people who called him out were the folks at SNL. It was a disservice to the people of this country. But hey, they liked it...

Ahhh, good times I remember. I'm still attempting to figure out how the man accused of sitting in Rev. Wright's Church[Trinity United Church of Christ] for over 20 years, ended up being a America hating Muslim. Christ ain't Allah and Morning Joe kind of sucks.

Epoch_Zero:

You forgot my favorite, "Indoctrination".

I love that youtube vid of the 'bagger rally where one woman said she was afraid of Obama "indoctrinating" her kid, and when the interviewer asked "in what way?" she went completely blank.
