Dude...the second picture...that can't be real. I mean, I'm speechless. WTF?

I saw someone who looked like that, and she was in stretch pants. Looked just about like that too--fat on top, but unbelievably fat on the bottom, right down to her ankles. I was in a waiting room with her, and I could not stop staring. I was dying to get a picture somehow.
Later her "helper" helped her get up off the couch and walk out to a taxi. it took her a looonnnngg time.

I've seen people that whose top and bottom halfs didn't match...like a size 6 on top and a size 16 around the ass but damn. I have to feel sorry for that woman.
