The conspiracy is much bigger than Orly realized.

"While your offer to turn this court into a reality tv show about lunacy is enticing, we must respectfully decline"

I first read the headline as "decides to" instead of "declines" and was wondering why the farking [Hero] tag was being used.

Boy, is she in for a surprise when she tries to appeal this to the International Court of Justice in the Hague!

It's what happens when you let the Freemasons and George Soros run the world, amirite?

What troubles me is that Palin didn't explore this during the 2008 election. She was our last, best hope, but is sadly part of the conspiracy. We have nothing left.

Better add SCOTUS to the LOPCATGOPATA.

well, that's the end of that.

done and done!

Damn it, the denied cert without comment. I'm not sure who currently gets cases from California, but I'm sure it would've been epic if they explained it.

Does the Supreme Court have a "Go be crazy somewhere else!" stamp?

not that I'm aware of, though in this case it would've been useful.

brainiac-dumdum: moto yo loco'

is that the B side to Low Rider?

It's already on it, entry #26, between human rights activists and Europe.

Hero tag? That's fuel to the fire for the retard Birthers. Give them their case, and then let them STFU.

2011-01-10 07:06:52 PM
I'm not surprised the SCOTUS declined to hear the case. I'm more surprised that Sclia passed up another opportunity to spout more cr@p from his mind to his mouth.

2011-01-10 07:07:30 PM
Wow. The SCOTUS failed to do something that would benefit Republicans in the short term.

A farking PROFESSOR that was so frothy he posted this:
"By refusing to hear the case, the Supreme Court affirmed the notion that Taitz's suite was frivolous, which sounds right to me"

Is that really the best you've got?

Considering that the best Taitz had were obvious forgeries, I don't think much more is really necessary.

/Still surprised that the Roberts court turned down an opportunity to make further mockery of justice for partisan reasons.

She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.

Awesome... I wholeheartedly support fining the vocally ignorant.

There is no issue. Obama is a citizen, this is a FACT. Do you really think that NOBODY involved in the elections thought to background check a candidate for the Presidency? If so, why?

Do you believe the COLB is, in some way, invalid? If so, I suggest you post this evidence, because if it exists, *nobody* in the birther community has offered it.

By pretty much saying the case was frivolous the door is opened for conspiracy theorists to open their minds and read much into the decision.

Well, it would be refreshing if they opened their minds.

And yet, he will be in here because he is a predictable joke account, much like that one guy who always posts in evolution threads.

Nobody saw his birth certificate. In my opinion, the COLB is insufficient. The Supreme Court doesnt care to voice their opinion on it. They are going to leave it to Congress.

Maybe this is the proof you libtards need to show you Bush (and the other repubtard Presidents) DID NOT have a litmus test for the candidates they nominated for the SCOTUS, unlike, well, I'm sure you know.

Agreed. I kind of expect a certain level of immaturity around here (it's Fark), but there's a line and that crosses it.

Orly's insane, but not to any level that would justify that comment.

So, a foreign born part-time lawyer/part-time dentist managed to outsmart the Clinton campaign, the GOP, the FEC, and the FBI?

You suck at this. Where's the GED in law?

There are something even the conservative judges won't touch. This one was so obviously open and shut there is no reason to even bother with it.
