They should be in Japan, too! I plan to buy a plane. I will call it the Air Asshole. I will recruit volunteers, and we will fly around Japan chasing down people who capture owls. We'll throw stink bombs at them. And we will change the world!

I wonder why they (owl pets) are banned in the US. There seem to be a lot of them around.


I happen to have personal experience with this. You only need to possess an owl until it deficates, then you will hastily let it go. I can NOT imagine why there would need to be a law, at worst, owls are hijacked for 2 hrs and then they are set free, every time, guaranteed.
