If nothing else, this should probably remind everyone what a contradiction Pakistan is - on the one hand, a country where Muslim extremists terrorize the countryside, and set off the occasional bomb. On the other, a country where 19 teenage girls in t-shirts and tights can get on TV, and shake hands with a male celebrity, by squishing together in a small car. I mean, their outfits alone would get them all automatically arrested for prostitution in a place like Saudi Arabia. It's no wonder the US can't figure out whether to be their bestest buddy, or place them on the Axis of Eeeeeeeevil.

That doesn't excuse the middle-aged clerk at the Registrar's office at my alma mater. She had a lush moustache, which she obviously bleached. So she knew it was there. But the bleaching only made it more obvious, so I'm not sure what her plan was.

That's kinda the point he/she was making. Take out Mustachia on the left, then all that is left are the two girls. We'll call them the ones in the "middle" of the photograph. Removing them leaves the entire room which, by comparison, is the cuter picture.
