Most likely they do not. I am been trying to understand how someone can even discuss macroeconomics if they reject the concept of Gross Domestic Product.

I think it's more a case of them simply not thinking about it, as opposed to actively rejecting it. I suspect that this is also what allows them to do things like speak out against stimulus spending on the one hand, while also (sometimes) using vaguely stimulus-like reasoning when defending tax-cuts (e.g. the rich should be given the money because they will somehow create jobs with it).
