cameroncrazy1984: Aarontology: If it's any consolation, I think Atlanta will pull it out. It definitely won't be easy though.

That's what she said?

Indeed.

Eww, Tampa's wearing the Creamsicle outfits this week?

vegaswench: I never read the questions in the headline, anyway. Big game this afternoon. Go Raiders! Mika, hope you've got the pics of zombie Al ready, we're gonna need all the help we can get.

I've got a bet with my Chargers-fan b.f. this week and don't wanna profess my love for the Chargers on my facebook wall like he had to do when the Raiders won.

Bad bet. Chargers ain't gonna spot Oakland 9 points to start the game this time around.

FreakinB: I got so screwed last week in fantasy. Even with Stevie Johnson dropping the TD, Manning throwing 4 picks, and having a kicker on a team that got shut out, I still was in position to win if Frank Gore got a reasonably-reachable 14 points on MNF. And we all know how that turned out. I really needed that week as I'm in a fight for the last playoff spot in my league, and now I'm a game back. To make things worse, the guy a game ahead of me beat me to Westbrook since he picked him up mid-game while I was out.

Blah blah blah, cool story bro, but it leads me to my question: Mike Goodson or Ricky Williams?

Also, I agree with the first part of the headline. G-MF'in-Men.

I'd try Goodson

I'm actually worried about the DET/CHI game. Peppers basically ended the chance of Detroit having a suitable year with his hit on Stafford. I hope they don't target him with cheapshots that result in some nagging injury (cleat stomps, etc).

Other than that, here's to hoping Major Wright gets some quality playing time, that kid can hit like a truck.

My picks:
Giants -7
Bills +5.5
Dolphins -5
Jaguars +3 (BB). Repeating myself from last week, but Titans in free fall.
Broncos +9. Not feeling a blowout by KC here.
Bears -5. After I survived a scare with Pittsburgh last week, Bears are my Survivor pick. Only some 7000 perfect entries left on ESPN...
Packers -9.5
Saints -6.5 (BB). The little cats have no roar.
Falcons -3. OK, I admit it, the Bucs are being exposed as overvalued crap.
Raiders +13 (BB). I really didn't want to best-bet this game at first, but then I saw a nearly two-touchdown spread. Are you kidding me?
Panthers +6. Woe until you that has but this game to watch in the 4pm slot.
Colts -5.5
Cardinals +3.5.
Ravens -3. Argh. I see this as a field goal win by BAL, so my picks are split (some pools have a 3.5 spread, some a 2.5).
Patriots -3.5. New England holds serve by a touchdown.

Last week: 10-6 (3-0 best bets)
Season: 91-79-6 (21-13-2 best bets)

Maybe coming up in a bit: The first publication of The Tiebreaker Spreadsheet 2010.

But don't blame if you lose.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. He was actually huge for me last week.

Also, it's frustrating having the 2nd-most points in the league and being in 5th place. Damn head-to-head.

Fantasy dilemmas (which don't need to be decided instantly):

Defense: Patriots vs NYJ or Chargers vs OAK

WRs (pick 2, no PPR): Obomanu (SEA vCAR), Butler (SEA vCAR), Cotchery (NYJ vNE), Collie (he's out, right?)

2010-12-05 12:37:55 PM
Orton @ KC or Rivers vs OAK??

You're absolutely right. Would I bet money on it? Hell no, I know the Raiders will most likely get their ass handed to them, but the bets we've made have been in good fun.

Same here. I can't handle a final week showdown for the NFC North. Bears need a little distance before then.

nice to see the Fox tards buying into the Matt Ryan invincibility at home crap. nevermind the home schedule he's played against has largely been quite lucky and pathetic.

I have the Falcons winning down at Tampa but if they continue their streak of letting bad teams hang around in games TB could easily steal it from them.

I'm not really a fan of either team but I can't farking wait for tonight's game.

Di Atribe: Strahan just picked the Cowboys to beat the Colts? I'm confused.

I think we all know Strahan is not one of the brightest analysts, and that's saying something. He's probably still deluded himself into thinking the NFC East is the best division ever.
