Kinda neat. But yeah, she sure got all serious.

2010-12-03 07:56:30 PM
Yeah, she stopped smiling with her eyes around I figure 6 or 7 years old.

Neat. Congrats to them for sticking with it.

I remember when my son was born, thinking about doing someting like that.

Yep. Thought about it for about two seconds.

"Come on, kiddo! Time to take your daily picture! Son, son, come over here. Son, put that down. Get over here. it's just one picture, we do it every day and SON GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!"

Ha! I had the same experience to this video. Different song, though. Wu-Tang's "C.R.E.A.M."

So, where are the transitional Natalies? I refuse to believe that the baby is Natalie at a younger age!

/If that don't summon Bevets, nothing will.

It's kinda funny how you can tell what time of year it is by the skin tone change.

anyone else get reminded of the jackal from the movie 13 ghosts?

Did anybody else have it seem like the eyes were staring out of the video and everything else faded into the background?

And what was up with the pacifier until she was around 4? My kids were broken of that by the time they were 18 months old.

2010-12-03 08:53:32 PM
Watch it with this playing in the background for Lulz (new window)

/would make a new video but meh

I think I saw a soother at roughly 3 and 1/2 or 4 years.

WTF ?

Barfmaker: Yeah, she stopped smiling with her eyes around I figure 6 or 7 years old.

I thought "That can't be right." I watched again. It is, that's... that's... not right... I'm 31 and miserable, have been for a decade maybe longer. 6 or 7 is... is... not right.

Is that some kind of bizarre name for a pacifier? Because then that makes sense, and yeah it was strange.

And yeah, she got serious way too quick. Probably divorced parents. I should know.

I can't fap to this.

Back to the windy ducks thread.

More like she's just an adolescent girl. They kinda do that, though my daughter has (thankfully) been late to get into the "everything bores me" stage.

Oh, and any parent who keeps their kids using a pacifier past 1.5yo should be taken out and slapped. There's no excuse.

I'm thinking it's more like "Jeez, Dad... I'm sick of posing for these pictures. It got boring and annoying when I was around four... Now it's just pissing me off."

I think she wore the same pajamas for about 5 years.

I think the parents kept buying the same damn types of clothes, possibly leading to her being annoyed by age 6.

I suggest pausing repeatedly to see some of the individual pics. Some are pretty funny.

At 1:10, for example, she tries to put her foot behind her head.

It could be that, but studies show that truly miserable people can't fake smile either.

Looked like other than about once a year, she wore only light blue and white for her entire life.

It's a button up white shirt that they put on over her regular clothes for the pics.

If you planned something like this very carefully, you could lip sync to a song.
Putting the kid's head in a vise would make it smoother too.

Halloween motherfarker, do you know what it is?

And yeah, I do mean "keeps their kid". It's easy to ween a child off something like that, it just takes *GASP!* parenting.

2010-12-04 10:47:01 AM
All I could think while watching that is, "This is all I see when my wife keeps rambling on about shiat I don't care about."

I'm with you on that. My two kids didn't have to be weaned off a pacifier because they NEVER farkING USED ONE!

"Yeah, keep sucking that plastic teat, 'cause I don't wanna put up with none o' yer damned whining!"

Yeah, I was all 'a binky at 4/5, what the hell man'. And am I the only one who thought her hair was tinted green for a while about 2/3 of the way through?

Tried to do this when my wife was pregnant for the first time, forgot about taking pictures after a week or so.

Admit it. Who had an epileptic seizure while watching this?

2010-12-04 05:59:13 PM
Anyone else have the impression that she never stops talking? Until the end anyway; must be approaching the sullen and silent phase.

2010-12-04 08:47:53 PM
I have a 6 year old in that goofy phase.
This makes me want to let her be silly even when it's irritating.
I knew it would stop one day but this makes me sad.

I didn't feel so hot after watching that.

We don't do Halloween here. Not all of us are from the US.
