Well if we don't know where him born, perhaps we can look at his knowledge of English case grammar.

Leo Berman: stupid biatch.

2010-11-17 05:33:36 PM
I think my IQ dropped 20 points from reading that headline didn't make sense when I read it.

Whom.

/shiat!

Texas, we haven't given you to Mexico because you provide an element of entertainment and make Florida look almost sensible. Don't push it, though.

2010-11-17 05:38:20 PM
I wouldn't mind people this stupid if they weren't so frequently elected to public office.

2010-11-17 05:46:32 PM
Secede, Damit. Although I do agree with Mordant.

2010-11-17 05:50:20 PM
I think anyone running for president should show his long-form birth certifiat to the Secretary of State in all 57 states to prove whar he born.

Why only Texas?

2010-11-17 05:53:04 PM
It should be "who" not "whom." Otherwise, everything looks okay.

2010-11-17 05:56:42 PM
Thanks, Texas.

I read that headline, and now I can't remember the capitol of Mongolia.

I live 18 miles from Texas. When the wind is from the north, west or south, depending on the humidity, I smell cows and cowshiat, or nothing much at all. When the wind is from the east, blowing out of Texas, all I smell is teh stupid. It is lots, lots worse than cowshiat.

It's either Ulan Bator or Pensacola.

Historically, the Republican gains mark the biggest midterm election seat swap since 1938 when Democrats lost 71 House seats.

It has already eclipsed the 1994 Republican tidal wave in which the GOP netted 52 seats.

Keep up the "birther, racist, stupid, crazy, zealot" stuff.

It's really going to work...soon!

FTA This bill is necessary because we have a president whom the American Right people don't know whether he was born in Kenya or some other place is stupid.

One generation from now historians (those being born this year) will have huge arguments about how we ever tolerated such stupidity. I for one would like to know.

I read that headline and now I want to vote Republican.

2010-11-17 08:43:42 PM
How do we know anyone who says they are born in the US is telling the truth? Birth certificates can be forged, people can be paid off. Maybe we should require all Presidential candidates to air the videos of their birth on prime time television.

2010-11-17 08:44:42 PM
Ah, the typical Fox slant. "(guy who we hate): The devil? Or just the anti-christ?" Start with the lie and compare it to something even more untruthful. Don't give your audience a sane choice.

2010-11-17 08:46:42 PM
I wonder if Obama will continue to refuse to release his original birth certificate, even if it means that he can't qualify for the 2012 ballot in those states that will be enacting laws like this, requiring candidates to produce an original birth certificate to get on the ballot. It will be interesting to see what he does.

2010-11-17 08:47:52 PM
Does this guy really think that a democrat would really give a shiat if he didn't appear on the Texas ballots? It's gone to republicans for better than 30 years.

It encourages the racist idiots and xenophobes to really make themselves known.

Since you can't be honest (Released Certificate), do us all a favor and pull your lower lip over the back of your head and swallow.

What reason do you have to believe the COLB is inaccurate? Because, unless you (or any other birther 'tards) have any evidence that the COLB is forged, the COLB carries *exactly* the same amount of weight as the 'long form'. And don't give me the 'court of public opinion' bullshiat, either, because it's just that; bullshiat.

On a more serious note, the President is a federal position, so how could this be enforceable? Are they going to arrest the president as soon as he sets foot in Texas?

Could you make an argument that this is prohibited under the 4th amendment clause of unreasonable search and seizure?

"If you are running for president or vice president, you've got to show here in Texas that you were born in the United States and the birth certificate is your proof."

I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about this makes me feel like Texans are becoming to the rest of the country like the Daleks are to the "Doctor Who" universe.

Haha... we just elected a birther as governor here in Georgia. I'm sure it's going to be good for plenty of laughs over the next couple of years. And since there is a chance that the new governor will get indicted for his past ethical and financial problems, the birthers are going to claim persecution.

What are the chances that Obama would win any state that would enact such legislation? It'll just be that much funnier for him to win in 2012 without his name on the ballot in certain mouth breathing states. Seriously, he'd never win in Texas, does it really matter if he is on the ballot there or not?

/Sorry for the non-idiots in those states, I know you're trapped in your own special hell living there.

If only the president would try to do everything imaginable to satisfy people who will continue to oppose him and not believe him regardless of what he does, everything would be so great!

But the question on the table is what would happen if a state passes a law that requires presidential candidates to release the original birth certificate in order to get on the ballot in that state. What would Obama do if several states passed laws like that? Would he continue to arrogantly refuse reasonable requests to show his original birth certificate, even if it meant not getting on the ballot in many states?

Hitler is to blame. If it weren't for Hitler putting such a bad historical spin on eugenics, then we would have killed off this strain of stupid a long time ago.

I wonder if you will brush up that GED in law you're so proud of, and realize that States can't just change qualifications for people running for public office willy-nilly.

US Term Limits v. Thornton holds that States can't make changes to qualifications for Senators (and by extension, Presidents and Representatives) that are listed in the Constitution; further, if they are NOT there, they cannot be ADDED to, or if they ARE there, they cannot be REMOVED; in any way other than by Constitutional amendment.

If you and the other hide-bound nigra-hating Teahadists want to prevent Obama from a second term, that's fine; but you're going to have to propose an Amendment to the Constitution to compel candidates to present their birth certificate to do it.

Hey everyone, I'm starting to seriously doubt Skinnyhead was born in the United States. This issue, while slowly boiling for years, has now suddenly reached the surface with a sulfuric wake-up call.

Anyone want to help me get a petition together?
