I'm a woman in my very late forties, and the thing that stuck me about the article's author was she had a really narrow view of female sexuality. She said she was glad to no longer be judged by her looks, and that nudity and overt displays of sexuality are understandable in the young because they need them to catch a mate. From one perspective, this is not wrong. It's just not the whole story.

Sure, I knew that men were judging me based on my looks. I was judging them, too. I like a man with a beautiful body and a handsome face. But I never viewed myself as bait to catch some man for his seed and shelter. I liked to have sex because I, like most humans, like having an orgasm. I still do. So, while I don't really like seeing women my age dressing as teenagers, I have no problem with women my age and older being sexual. And, in a movie sex scene, that means naked.
