OK, fellow Farkers...this is the last time we need to be spreading around rumors like this. If he's been captured (killed, preferably), and we can verify it, then it is by all means a news flash. But mere rumors such as this have no place, even if it says "rumor" as this headline does.

Suggestion/request to Fark admins: Please pull this article and wait on reporting this until it can be confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt.

Purely speculation here, but my guess is that either

1. Bush wants to explain and prepare the nation for the fact that ground troops are about to start replacing aerial attacks, or

2. They got bin Laden and he wants to remind everyone that this is far from the end of it all.

Or perhaps he wants to announce that we're going to attack Iraq or something. Hell, there are too many possibilities. Let's just wait and watch.
