Wei surrendered to Rutgers University police Monday and was released on her own recognizance. Ravi surrendered to Rutgers police this morning and was released on $25,000 bail.

Wait, the girl got out free and the guy had to pay bail? And they were both charged the same. That totally makes sense.

As much as my dormmates (both of the two years I was in the dorms) frequently invoked the 'dead bolt means I get at least 15 minutes after you attempt the doorknob' rule, I never thought of taping them. Even after my effing freshman roommate (WHO HAD A FREAKING BOYFRIEND at the time) hooked up with my high school crush.

Too tired to be sure what I read in TFA, but I thought I saw a reference at the end that one charge (each) is for viewing a recording made without consent, and the other charge (each) is for transmitting a recording made without consent.

Wait, yeah, here we go, nearly the last paragraph:
