On the fire radio (new window) they made an update that it is a natural gas leak with explosion and multiple structures and vehicles on fire. Air tankers have been dispatched.

in the other thread the scanners say it's a plane crash. why the cover up? This is an inside job

San Francisco, nothing - I could see this from San Jose, 50 miles away. It's a virtual guarantee that this was a gas line, as there was a clear center to the blaze, with towering flames that were being fed continuously.
