Not sure why a 18 year old can be given the same charges and punishment for having sex with his 15 year old girlfriend as a 45 year old who molests toddlers... IMHO not the same, but clearly I'm in the minority on that.

If the registry were for serious sex offenders, I'd be for it... but at this point it's a joke at best. Pissing against a tree on the side of the road can get you labeled a sex offender now. Police, judges and politicians now view urination as the same crime as having sex with a 5 year old.
