I lived there for a while and once you got off the tourist section it could get rough. I was happy to get back home and thats saying something since I live in WV.

We can't lock Sex Offenders up forever and throw away the key either due to a lack of resources. Offender Lists and effectively banishing them won't make the problem go away. Its probably making it worse.
