'Tommy Suharto felt the note was ethically-defective and insensitive as it attacked his honour, dignity and privacy,' he said.

I don't think someone who was convicted for hiring a hitman to kill a judge can can comment on insensitivity, ethics, honor or dignity without me spewing chocolate milk out my nose. Weirdest part is I'm not drinking anything.

FTFA: 'Tommy Suharto felt the note was ethically-defective and insensitive as it attacked his honour, dignity and privacy,'

I read that as "ethnically-defective."
After looking at his picture, I agree.

Alleged

FTFY - Now, you were saying something about a lawsuit?

He was convicted. There are no allegations. He's just a little biatch who doesn't want to be exposed for what he is.

ITG time here: I'd like to fight anyone who hires someone to harm others. I think it would be immensely satisfying.

So how doesn't this fix the problem? Call him an alleged murderer (wink, wink) and call it a day.

I think Don King hires TONS people to try to knock other people out, you might want to look into that.

He should have to make a formal public apology for his insensitivity, loose ethics, lack of personal honor and dignity for wearing that yellow suit coat.

Then tack on a good lashing so he remembers not to do it again.

"Attempted murder? Now honestly, what is that? Do they give a Nobel prize for attempted chemistry? Do they?"

Point of order:

Since he was convicted, the word "alleged" no longer needs to be used to avoid charges of libel.

"Convicted" murderer enjoys the dual benefits of being both accurate and defamation suit-proof.

/not a lawyer
//watches a LOT of Law and Order

But do you watch Law and Order: Jakarta?

So if you pay somebody to do something, it's the same as doing it? There are an awful lot of burger-flipping babysitting c*cks*ckers in the world.

I'm sure the judge that will hear the case is going through quite a crisis here.

"Hmm... so this guy ordered a murder... that's bad, so he shouldn't win...But he ordered the murder of a JUDGE... er.. I find in favor of the plaintiff. Have a nice day Mr. Suharto."

The next copy of the magazine should have an apology. Something along the lines of "We are sorry that Tommy Suharto is a murderer".
