The Vandalay industries one is another "step" past even most of these though. At least in the other cases, these were all legitimate companies within these shows world's, so, they would logically have business cards. Vandalay was just something that George made up.

Any half-assed graphic designer should be able to throw these together along with any other fantasy business card in a matter of an hour or two.
