This American citizens, is how you circumvent the laws of our nation. Take notes and learn, if you ever want to do business with our government.

Is there not one company in the world that wouldn't be a complete disgrace for the government to work with on this issue?

JESUS

2010-09-04 03:04:29 PM
No, see, a company is a person. They became new people. It's easy to do if you just have money.

Well to blame Blackwater, you'd have to blame Dick Cheney...but we know that 40% of our "society" thinks Dick Cheney is a great American. And that will NEVER change, no matter what the facts are.

I've had a bad idea I've been kicking around for a while. People can get married, right? Corporations are people, right*? So why can't I marry a corporation?

*This is the weakest part of the argument.

They do, its called a merger. And like most hollywood marriages, they often fail.

What's funny is that some mergers result in selling off asssets resulting in companies that at one time owned a plant or other resources losing them and re-gaining them in later mergers.

I've seen this happen.

Whos to blame in a DUI/manslaughter incident though..... the auto manufacturer or the distillery/brewer....the bar?...the liquor store?...the guy who grows the hops and barley?

How does the liberal blame game work that scenario out.....cause it seems its never the person who pulled the trigger or drove the car while intoxicated into a school yard full of children holding boxes of puppies, kittens and moms glass egg from the mantle, fault.

So? Were any crimes committed? They want to investigate whether Blackwater "mislead" the government? In obtaining secret contracts with the CIA? Hell of a strategy.

A merger is more or less a corporate merger, so if you become a company, and if you have enough "dowry" to woo a partner, you can. Sorta.

Aside from private profit, is there any reason at all for the government to have hired mercenaries and utility contractors (food, laundry, communications, etc.) to do jobs that our military forces are trained, equipped and prepared to do?

buckler: Aside from private profit, is there any reason at all for the government to have hired mercenaries and utility contractors (food, laundry, communications, etc.) to do jobs that our military forces are trained, equipped and prepared to do?

Yes, once the military has unlearned enough, it will be unequipped to do it's own work. The military will become Forever Dependent on private armies. Actually, This has already occurred on many levels.

Oh,
You don't have to report death counts the same when half your killers are contractors. Those are not military caused deaths.

When you have a private company doing some things you no longer have to spend the money to train troops to do it.

In an 8 year war you could be looking at training at least 3 rotations of troops to do a job like line cooks and whatnot for the mess....or for the laundry detail.....military salaries are cheap compared to training.....and the upkeep of the bases where the training is done.

Besides....some people say government spending is good for our floundering economy.....wy do you want our economy to fail?

when the corporation asks people to do things....is it the building that asks the question? Do they have a MCP like sentient program that orders the person to leave the country or is it an actual person who makes the request.

People have been using the corporate personhood meme for so long I think they actually believe its the building or company mainframe making decisions....and not an actual person working for the company.

It goes like this, since this is Blackwater, maybe Eric prince should get penalized. Oh wait, that's right, they got away with murders, but did get fined. See where true justice is? Money is more important than human life.

FYI: The bar is often held accountable for "over-intoxication".

But it is worth noting that not only did Dick kick the door open for all military contractors, but as CEO of Haliburton, he used an account in the Cayman Islands to hide their profits. Without him, we don't have the current pillaging of the treasury by contractors. Without him, we don't have ANY of this bullsh*t.

That would be such an awesome concept if we didn't pay the military to train most of Blackwater's employees. You see, we train the Navy Seals and Army personnel that turn around and work for Blackwater, because they can make 10 times as much working for these contractors that "take the burden" off our military.

Please, take Dick's cock out of your mouth...you make me sick.
