(Statesman) Interesting The first North American athlete to test postive for HGH isn't Albert Pujols or Lance Armstrong or any musclehead in the NFL. It's a Canadian college football player. Eh?   (statesman.com) divider line 14
More: Interesting, Albert Pujols, HGH, Canadian colleges, blood tests, anabolic steroids, University of Waterloo, Canadian History, BALCO

Not Albert Pujols, you say? Well, that's simply astounding given that Major League Baseball don't test for HGH. (Though they do in the minors).

Seriously, how much do you suck to have to use HGH to make the UW team?

Bonus: HGH has no apparent performance-enhancing effects. Athletes just use it because it has "growth hormone" in the name and it makes you *look* awesome. But it doesn't build strength or anything else useful for athletics.

Ameritards - your ignorance in terms of sports doping simply has no end.

Of course HGH helps with athletics in a variety of ways. However, HGH is clearly not the problem. The anabolic steroids that 99% (yes, your "hero" also) of American "athletes" take are the real problem.

/figure it out, Ameritards

The best thing about the one UW/WLU game I went to as a UW student was the chanting:

Laur-ier High-School
*clap* *clap* *clap**clap**clap*

That's alright, that's okay,
You'll all work for us one day! (This one worked on Mac too)

/Had to chant
//UW stunk that year
///But I work at UW now, so I have to represent
