I haven't been to the velvet melvin in a real long time but it definitely is the kind of place for a fark party. And the gingerbread man would be the other obvious fark party locale.

friend of mine got attacked outside velvet melvin in that weird parking lot they have there. If I am not mistaken there is a bottomless club across the street. At one time called the pink pussycat. Now it's called something else. Some pretty skanky shiat going on there.

The ONE conference I go to every year, and it's that weekend, in Atlanta! Sonofadammitsomuch!

Why not choose a venue with a proper juke box such as Cecil's? Best juke box ever, close runner up: Lola's. Plus, lola's is indisputably the cheapest drinks in town.

Its the Diamond club now, I have a friend that lives across the street from it in the Camden apartments. I don't know if its true or not but there was (or is) a stripper with only one leg there

I travel to Houston a lot now. I may be in town that week. I may stop in.

Of course I'm staying in Clear Lake 25 miles away, so I'll have to sleep in the back of my truck at the end of the night.
