Oh come on. Everyone knows that.
Some orchids use their shape to attract certain species of moths.

Are you comparing the Darwinist success of specific shapes in nature to the farming of aphids for their honeydew by ants.

Orchids are not breeding moths in their territory as livestock.

Why yes. Yes I am. Certain finches only eat certain nuts and fruits.

Some ants are farmers, some are Spartans.

Until I saw the George W Bush photo that RosevilleDan posted, I didn't realize how much he resembled Ted Bundy when he was younger.

someone commented that article by asking since when do lion cubs have spots?

Doesn't this git watch Animal Planet? Because they are Lion CUBS.

The cubs are cute, the Orangutan is not. Apes and monkeys are not cute.

When people anthropomorphize them it degrades both species.

FTFA: Sadly, the cubs will have to be separated from Hanama in about six months because they will have grown too large for him to handle.

i.e. - they will get a hankering for orangutan noms

I don't think the orangutan is quite "domesticating" them, so much as playing surrogate mother to two still-wild animals.

Uh, dude - you don't have to anthropomorphize apes. They're family.

I came here to say this, but in a far more graphic fashion.

It is standard practice for cubs at the park to be taken away from their parents at birth, because they are thought more likely to survive. cash cows for the zoo, who likes to post pictures of them babysitting lion cubs, something they would never do in the wild.
