Sheryl Crow is the one female artist I can tolerate my wife listening to. She's a big fan, and has a few of her DVDs. They are fun to watch.

/I'm not sure how they sound, though.

I like some of her stuff but seriously, she's a light-weight and we all know it.

If she weren't so pretty it's highly unlikely she would have made it as big as she has.

Though honestly I wish they'd stopped after Mother's Milk

I'll never understand the Mother's Milk phenomenon. Anyone who claims to like the chili peppers says they should have stopped there. Blood Sugar Sex Magic is a masterpiece with not a single miss on the entire album, and it's a long album. The same can not be said for Mother's Milk, and I like Mother Milk a lot.

A world of this. Blood Sugar Sex Magic is one of the few, IMO, "Perfect Albums". Like you said, not a single missfire, and it holds up to this day.
