It should, with all the leftover dispersant and oil-eating bacteria.

Think of it like this: Oil came from the death of many many creatures. In a few million years, the dead fish, pelicans, and other stuff will become more oil. Now who says oil isn't renewable and environmentally-friendly?

Ok don't panic yet. This is probably extremely minor. There will be some leakage, but hopefully the shut in valves will stop the major parts of it.

There will be minor release. The reports I have heard on CNN said the platform is shut in. But if the platform hasn't been maintained as it should, and this is a minor company so they could have cut corners.
