I'm at 18 weeks and just had a scare, so I know VERY well the chances that a fetus that young has of surviving outside the mother without being born into an intensive-care environment.... none. Babies that young don't have surfactant in their lungs, so breathing independently is impossible, and very unlikely even WITH assistance. And it IS even possible at 20 wks that a first-time mother wouldn't even know she was pregnant, especially if young, and women aren't thinking too clearly during labor at the best of times. She was probably having a fun day at the beach, started having some cramps and one thing lead to another and to her freaking out and leaving her baby dead in the sand.

And just remember - God kills FAR more babies than liberals ever could... 1/3 of all pregnancies end in miscarriage before the 12 week mark, regardless of nationality, religion, political orientation or anything the mother could do.
