I think the reason why she has this closed mouth coy smile going on in most of her photos is because she looks a little puffy to psychotic when she out right bares all. That's not really a teeth thing so much as a shape of the face. As someone who's fighting periodontal disease one of the first things my doctor asked me was "Do you whiten your teeth? Over whitening can damage the gum line."

Hollywood needs to relax when it comes to teeth. It pulls me right out of a show/movie when some bum/gang member starts talking street/tough while baring perfectly straight, and blindingly white choppers.

I've noticed her lack of smiling before. I don't really see anything wrong with her teeth, it's just the overall effect a smile has on her face isn't that attractive. Can't pinpoint why, but her face always seems noticeably less attractive when she has a real smile. And based on her tight lipped grins, she seems to be aware of this.

It's ok, some people just look better when they don't smile.
