Many a year ago, Randy Bachman had a favourite Guild guitar stolen. He jumped on the phone and started calling pawnshops all over North America and telling them to be on the lookout for the guitar.

Many of the pawnshop guys responded with, "Yeah we'll look out for it, but if you like Guild guitars, I've got a sweet little beauty here I could let you have at a good price...."

And thus Randy Bachman's world-class Guild guitar collection was born. I know, cool story, etc.

Seriously, I've known a few musicians that have had their instruments stolen, and it's not a nice thing to do to them. I hope they saw off this guy's hand with a rusty E-string.

I saw the Guess Who about 25 years ago and I don't even think they were the original band members back then.\

They still rocked though and I still have the t-shirt.

About five years ago my two favorite Les Pauls (Gibson Les Paul and a 1st gen Epi Elite that was ten times better than your average Gibson) were stolen from backstage after a show in Nashville. I REALLY want them back.
