As the owner of a green beetle... this is funny/bordering on dumb.

I also giggle every time I see a boy driving a beetle. My boyfriend drives mine constantly when we go out. He's one of those chivalrous guys or something.

That would be hilarious. Especially if you have a bike with 2 headlights. You could even go one step farther and put on some headlight "eyebrows" to give them a real bedroom eyes look.

I'm showing my age, but in the early to mid 1970's, you could get a Rolls-Royce replacement hood for the front of your Bug. They were especially popular with the attractive-and-successful crowd here in south Florida.

Meh. I'm a middle aged man who loves his New Beetle (as well as his old Beetle). I don't buy into the "it's a chick car" thing. When I bought it, my neighbor said, "The first thing you did was tear out the bud vase, right?" I said, "Hell no, I went out got some flowers!"
