Having watched a goodly amount of Aussie porn, Australians are not particularly well-hung, subby.

does this mean Mark Latham gets a cock punching? I'm not Australian, will NEVER travel to Australia, and even I want to give that man a solid punt to the jewels.

This poster says: oh another weekly mom joke! haha! you are so clever subby!

Subby here

To be honest, I'd figure some Aussie would've been somewhat concerned with their election and actually make a better headline. I'm surprised mine was picked since my source has mostly been The Chaser for weeks.

Yes, the joke is cliche to hell and back. I'd figure that a headline that compared parliaments in Canada and the UK to Australia would've been better brain candy but never greenlit so I aimed low.

Dwight_Yeast: Having watched a goodly amount of Aussie porn, Australians are not particularly well-hung, subby.

You seem to know a lot about male genitalia down under.

Sabyen91: Nice spelling.

I forgot to notify my grammar officer this morning and I am not looking forward to that conversation. At least I didn't use loose to indicate defeat like half the Internet does.

This sucks. Tony Abbott is disgusting. Gillard is a little better, but this is very disappointing. Tony couldn't lead a piss-up in a brewery.

(Go Greens!)

And we do have alps, stupid. It's skiing season right now.

It could be that Australian farkers have given up submitting anything to the politics tab.

Greens were the real winners this election. Taking fortress Melbourne from the ALP, and it looks like they're a chance in Grayndler as well. Add those to 9 seats in the Senate, and the future is looking bright, and green, for the first time in a long time.

I think that Labor has a better chance at forming a 'functioning', if unstable, government out of this mess. They'll have to sell their soul to the conservative right even further to do it, but at least they'd stand more than a snowball's chance in hell of getting anything through the Senate. The Liberals would have a much harder job of it, given that the Greens, with their lovely balance of power, are ideologically opposed to a lot of Liberal policy positions. The Liberals would also have to at least partially back down on their commitment to scrap the NBN - perhaps implementing it only in rural areas - which would put a big hole in their budget for funding election promises.

I can't help but wonder if whichever side takes power in the end will come to regret it very quickly. In the eyes of the electorate, they're almost certain to come out looking ineffectual as they struggle to pass legislation and enact their agendas. One thing is for certain, though: anyone from the big two parties claiming to have a mandate for enacting policy is lying, stupid or both.

I think Australians were the real losers, but Greens voters wouldn't have the foresight to understand that.

Its like watching a train wreck in slow motion.. or perhaps another training steaming towards the train wreck that was the Labor govt.

Indeed I do. I'd lie to apply for a grant to study it in person. Would that be possible?

The situation is far from ideal, but at least Gillard is still being humble and dignified in her speeches since the UnElection. Abbott, on the other hand, is still being a ginormous tosser. His post-UnElection speech was essentially his planned victory speech, with the addition of only a few words cautioning pre-mature triumphalism.

Abbott, even in his speeches this morning, is still acting like a smug bastard who "won" government. I hope all the independents and the Green senator join forces with the ALP just to wipe the smile off your dial. You represent nothing but continued partisan hackery.

There's a reason for that - look at the spread. Most of the civilised progressive states are farking sick of liberal. It also doesn't help that Abbott couldn't tip piss out of a boot if the instructions were printed on the heel. They're also sick of labour, who haven't exactly been stellar of late. So everyone loaded up on the Greens and other independents in disgust and - may I say to my utter delight - farked Family First and their dictatorial agenda right up the arse as an aside.

SnatchTease: How come Australia hasn't censored this yet?

Ahh,
because this election has been the best possible outcome for Aussie Farkers. See, the party that were in (Labor) were going to give us all free high speed broadband, a fibre optic cable in every fireplace. But it was then going to censor our free high speed internet?

The other major party (Liberal(who are not liberal)), were convinced that we didn't need anything faster than wireless but weren't going to fark with our right to download information on how to euthanase our frail parents.

Looks like now a compromise must be reached. So will we end up with free porn or censored dialup? Seems no clean feed filter and government funded high speed broadband internet access may be a real possibility.

We may again be the lucky country.

gimmeasammich: You do realise that the Greens are Labor's biatch...?

You do realise that the Greens got their lower house seat on Liberal preferences?
Yes folks, a vote for the libs is a vote for the greens.

/can our parliament be said to be 'hung' when our PM is still a woman (and the alternative has been seen smuggling small parrots)

2010-08-23 08:23:13 AM
The really farked thing is >10% of the population voted greens, and they get one maybe two seats as a result. Sucks to be the third party. Not that I like greens, bunch of wannabe-commie dickheads that would destroy the economy, social fabric and even environment with their idiocy but they deserve better representation if that's what dickheads want.

/I love the environment
//The liberals are the best hope for our enviroment
///I farking hate the liberals
