This article makes things a bit more clear. My first thought was immigration scam" - woman marries Jamaican guy - helps him get a visa.....then marries Nepalese guy, helps him get his visa...but neglects to divorce hubby #1.

TFA doesn't say whether she was a naturalized citizen or not, but the link above mentions immmigration and money.

It WOULD, however, explain why she was pregnant with the baby from Quizno's. She's marrying for financial gain (hers or the other guys'), and farking for fun. Hubby #1 and #2 probably never consummated their marriages.

There are at least FIVE people with motive, or reasons to be a "person of interest".

1) Rim Rimal - spent the night with her before her disappearance, husband #2. Knew baby wasn't his. Possibly found out about husband #1.
2) Doucet McDowe - Hubby #1. Could have found out about hubby #2, or baby (who likely wasn't his, either).
3) Quoizel (Quizno's) Wilson - already interviewed by police as a 'person of interest' - because he's the purported baby daddy.
4) Hubby #3. Not named, but Hall's roomate (she didn't live with any of the guys) reported that "Hall may have accepted cash from one man, but never went through with marrying him."
5) Unknown woman - according to Hall's mother - "another woman had been threatening her daughter because of her pregnancy. 'Get rid of the baby or you'll get a gunshot,' is one of the threats Walker claims her daughter received." A woman involved with any of POI's 1-4 could have had a motive.

Despite her roommate's thoughts, this woman is NOT in Florida. If they found bullet casings and blood at the scene, she's out somewhere off of Cape Cod. Not that I'm cynical or anthing....but TFA refers only to roughly three miles from the facility where she had scheduled her appointment. . There's a "Reproductive Health Care Services". about 3 miles from West Barnstable.

My guess is that Sherpa #1 (Hubby #2) was with her prior to her visit to terminate the pregnancy. (If you're running a marriage/immigration scam, it's easier to do it if you're not pregnant or caring for a newborn). It's just that someone else terminated her first.

And here's another thing - how does a Nepalese landscaper come up with $20K? I guess landscaping on Nantucket pays better than I thought.
