Nope. They still need to go through the process and meet setbacks, parking, all that kind of stuff. Places of Worship are generally an accepted use in most zoning districts in most zoning codes, but the other requirements still need to be addressed.

I feel this is worse than 9/11 because while those attacks were horrible, they didn't weaken America. Attacking other Americans is going to have longer lasting effects. These traitors aren't even trading essential liberties for something as desirable as security, they are doing it for spite. Against Americans, for an attack on America.

A friend works in the Monmouth County library system and says that they get requests all the time to pull books and will more than likely act on it rather than risk bad PR & possibly funding.

So, sadly, that book getting pulled is nothing new. The fact that the asshat who requested it is a Teabagger is merely coincidental.

/If a parent EVER learns that my local library has The Sandman in the Young Adult section, that whole series, and probably every other graphic novel, would definitely be pulled.

That's my point--I absolutely agree that Operation Rescue is a terrorist organization whose members are accomplices to murder. Yet, this supposedly Christian organization remains unmolested & now occupies one of their victim's former clinics. Yet Biness doesn't seem too upset over that. Instead, he's "saddened" by a group of innocent people who want to build a community center a few blocks away from a terrorist attack that they had absolutely nothing to do with.

I'm a libertarian/minarchist. I use to be a Republican, and I still identify with the Republicans more than the Democrats. I'm all for the Tea Party's anti-tax beliefs. I'm also somewhat religious, and I identify most closely with Christianity. I have no problem with Islam or mosques or Muslims. These idiots are screwing it up for everyone and making those of us that are actually principled in our beliefs look like racist morons.
