To the Warwick tune of Wishin' and Hopin' (new window):

Lyin' and stealin' and schemin' and cheatin'
Takin' and hidin' each day with his charms
Put handcuffs around his arms

So if you want the real Charlie
All you gotta do is bribe him and pay him and never portray him honestly

/ Happy birthday Rangel, you corrupt old apartment hog!

I think it's time to float an idea for a Comedy Central show. Let's call it That Obama. And the first episode can be about how Obama and his wife Michelle are secret crackheads in the Whitehouse. We could have the two of them getting google eyed on the pipe, looking out the West Wing Window and later Michelle sneaking out to spend some time with her pusher pimp. What do y'all think?

Remember Bush and how there was nothing too outrageous to pin on him and his family. Yeah so do I.

Rangel and Waters problem is quite simple. They never pledged their fealty to Obama. They supported HRC in the last election. This is how we roll now. Think of the punishment as Hamas lite. In this case we only symbolically hang dissenters by their ankles from street lights.

Since 1987, her AIDS benefit concerts have raised $2.1 million but only three percent or $56,000 was presented to AIDS charities, "Day One" reported.

The singer said the whole problem in a nutshell is "the amount of expenditures without any corporate support." She explains fundraising is an expensive, difficult project. And her organization never received the kind of corporate support that White organizations generally receive. "People need to recognize how difficult it is to get anybody to give dollars." She explains that more corporate support would have covered a lot of the extremely high overhead expenses, such as travel, concert hall rental and hotel accommodations. "You must house me. You must feed me and you've got to get me there," she explains. "Now do they expect me to not expect what I normally would do for myself? I travel first class. I stay in five star hotels. I travel by limousines. I eat in the best restaurants. Do you want me to travel by bus, stay in a motel and get to the gig the best way I know how?" She notes that it is a customary rule of thumb in show business that stars who agree to do a benefit are given first class accommodations because they are not getting paid for their time.

Yeah, that really explains, in complete detail, leaving little to the imagination, how she "stole all the money from" her AIDS charity.

Not.
