There is really nothing in it that isn't already in a hundred other places as well, but I suppose it could be useful to someone cross-checking their data warehouse information to eliminate duplicate entries or something like that. Nobody is going to lose their identity over it who wouldn't already be otherwise compromised in that regard anyway. It is a non-issue.

Just because a company is on the list, doesn't mean that it's a sanctioned download by the company itself to grab the user information for some purpose. It could easily just be some dude at the company who wanted to download the torrent himself to check it out.

That's not nearly as true as you make it seem. There are many, many "faithful" with full internet access. A majority of them are offered a pay service that restricts their internet for them. Why they would want it, I'm not sure. However, to claim that "the faithful" can't access a torrent site is completely erroneous.
